SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS!
  1. Since summer has now ended, the GCG General Meetings will again take place at various locations for the next few months, as the Board is evaluating other options for a permanent meeting location. Starting in October, we plan to test several new possible locations each month to select a permanent meeting place. The GCG Board decided last November to change the day of the General Meetings to the first Wednesday of every month and all Meetings will start at 7:00pm (ET), going forward.
    Please see the Membership/Meeting page for full information on the location and time of the next few meetings.
     
  2. Note: The Gate Code for GSP will be CHANGED on January 10th, 2025 (last changed in 2022). You must be a paid grotto member to get the new code. Camping Fees for GSP are $8.00 per night per person. Electric site fees are an additional $8.00 per night per site (not per person). Please put your camping fees in the "Pay Pipe", next to the Kiosk, using the envelopes on the kiosk.
    (Addn'l. Note: The "Lower Mondo" is an electric site.)
     
  3. Annual Camping passes (available only to paid-up members of GCG, BGG, DUG, and COG) for 2024 are still $50.00 for individuals and $75.00 for families. Passes do not cover the electric site surcharge.
    Passes are only available from GSP Treasurer, Werner Jud, either in-person, by mail, or online at the GSP Website Store:   https://gsp.caves.org/Store/store.shtml.
     
  4. Do You Have an Announcement for Widespread Distribution? Now there's a way to get it out on this News page, the GCG Facebook page and other social media, AND into the Electric Caver ... all with one email! Send the announcement with any photos or images to: announcements@gcgcavers.com

Location at Kyle's home in Silverton. Find out what's happening with everyone, hear their trip reports, and have fun at a pot-luck party. The grotto will supply the main course.
