SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS!
  1. The GCG General Meetings had been taking place at various libraries for the past few months. The libraries required us to end our meetings at 8:30 or 9:00pm, as they closed then. Some grotto programs had to be cut short to be out of the room by that time. At the November Board meeting, they decided to hold future General Meetings at Chris and Kate's home in Finneytown, starting this January. We'll be able to resume after-meeting social time then, with the understanding that it is a work night. The GCG Board had decided last year to change the day of the General Meetings to the first Wednesday of every month and all Meetings will start at 7:00pm (ET).

  2. Note: The Gate Code for GSP was CHANGED on January 10th, 2025 (previously changed in 2022). You must be a paid member of GCG, COG, DUG, or BGG to get the new code. Camping Fees for GSP are $10.00 per night per person. Electric site fees are an additional $10.00 per night per site (not per person). Please put your camping fees in the "Pay Pipe", next to the Kiosk, using the envelopes on the kiosk, or pay with the "Donate" button on the bottom of the GSP website Main Page (NOT on the GCG website). Make sure to note who, what, and when it was for.
    (Addn'l. Note: The "Lower Mondo" is considered an electric site.)
     
  3. Annual Camping passes (available only to paid-up members of GCG, BGG, DUG, and COG) for 2025 are still $50.00 for individuals and $75.00 for families. Passes do not cover the electric site surcharge.
    Passes are only available from GSP Treasurer, Werner Jud, either in-person, by mail, or online at the GSP Website Store:   https://gsp.caves.org/Store/store.shtml.
     
  4. Do You Have an Announcement for Widespread Distribution? Now there's a way to get it out on this News page, the GCG Facebook page and other social media, AND into the Electric Caver ... all with one email! Send the announcement with any photos or images to: announcements@gcgcavers.com
     
GCG December Holiday Party & General Meeting on Friday, December 12th, 2025 (in-person at Kyle Kreutz's Home and on-line). Get directions and logon on the Membership/Meeting page at: gcgcavers.com/membership.shtml. Join the annual Holiday Party after a brief business meeting. Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy the fun. Regular GCG members (NSS and over 18) can vote on issues there. Please bring a snack or dessert to share.
